Whole grain Sprouted bread with 6 gloves of garlic and a sprinkle of non dairy cheese for flavor. Whole wheat crushed biscuits with banana and flax seeds and walnuts and chia seeds and dried strawberries. Orange juice with Tumeric and fruit salad with blue berries, black berries, bananas, strawberries, guavas and 4 brazil nuts.
