What is anxiety?

Anxiety includes a group of mental health disorders that cause pervasive and often disproportionate worries and fears that can interfere with your quality of life. If you have general anxiety disorder, you might have intrusive negative thoughts and fears about day-to-day situations like work, family, health, or routine chores.
