Single Office Visit
During the consultation, we will conduct a thorough medical review by asking questions. Then based on the information provided, treatments and a health plan will be offered.
Group Visit

Educational Health Seminars
Please contact us if you would like to attend one of our health seminars. We conduct: depression/anxiety, diabetes reversal, and weight loss seminars.

Telehealth – $95 (single problem)
Office visit – $125 (20 minutes)
Office first visit/ physical – $175 (1 hour)
